A new Andalucian Health Service number has been created to alert Andalucia’s residents of scam phone calls. These scammers have been attempting to obtain personal information.
The easily recognisable number for this line is 955 80 00 08. It aims to reduce the opportunity for fraudulent calls. Its call centres will progressively introduce the changed number.
Residents are encouraged to be vigilant if they receive a telephone call from someone claiming to be from the Health Authority but with a different or withheld number as it is very likely to be a fraudulent call by a scam.
