A recruitment day has been planned for March 29th at the Palacio de Ferias in Malaga. Here applicants will be interviewed and those who are successful will start immediately.
Unfortunately, Covid-19 has made it challenging in the Costa del Sol to find qualified people and so many workers have found jobs elsewhere in the logistic and construction sectors. More than 50 businesses have arranged this recruitment day. The event will begin at 9 am and end at 6 pm with the hope many people will be selected to start roles immediately.
It has been arranged by the Aehcos association of the Costa del Sol and the Mahos association of Malaga and is sponsored by the Junta de Andalucía, Malaga city hall, and the Malaga provincial council.
It is essential that the tourism sector recovers to its pre-pandemic times and this recruitment day is expected to be a huge help in doing that. However, everything is uncertain in post-Covid times in addition to the conflict in Ukraine.
